Ivy will be breed to Charly von Sandloh

Puppies due spring, 2009.  Please contact me if you are interested in a puppy.  Puppies sold only to people who will NAVHDA test and hunt them.  mpalmit@comcast.net

Details of Tru Point's A litter.
Ivy was bred to Charly, March 26 - 31.  The litter is expected the last week of May!

This litter with Ivy v. Charly(see below) should produce dogs of great hunting passion.  With a calm temperment and disposition.  Great drive in the field, forest, and marsh.  They should also be very cooperative and train well for testing and hunting.  These pups will have a strong point and great field search.

Charly has passed the German (VGP) equivilant to the NAVHDA Utility Test with a 331 Prize 1. Charly's sire and dam also passed the VGP with a Prize 1.

This litter has plenty of hunt testing behind it.  On Ivy's side her father is a Utility Test Pz.1 and Ivys grand father on her mothers side is a Utility Test Pz.1.  Charly and his parents are Pz1 Utility Tested (German VGP).  And of Charly's four grandparetns, three are Utility Test Pz.1 and one is a Utility Test Pz.2.

Dogs tested at the Utility Test level have to have a high cooperation level and plenty of hunting desire.  These pups have the breeding, genetics, and temperment behind them.

      Charly vom Sandloh

Charly was born in Germany but came to Riverhills Kennel in November 2007.  He was trained and tested in Germany.  He completed his HZP in September of 2007 and scored 183.  His coat and form were judged as very good (VG). In October 2007 he ran in the VGP at the age of twenty-two months and scored 331 - Prize I.  He is a very balanced dog with a pleasing personality.  Charly comes from Benn x Uleika (see below) second litter together.  Which says a lot in Germany.  A repeat breeding in Germany only happens when the previous litter produced outstanding dogs.  All dogs in Charly's pedigree are Hip Dysplashia-free.

Charley's German Index Score:  Numbers of 100 are the average.
Track  Nose  Water  Search  Point  Cooperation  Gunning   Hip  Voice  Shoulder
        103     105     106      110       108        113              101      129     92           92

Charly is 54 cc in height and a weight of 49 - 52 pounds.
