Cheyenne is a very energetic female. She has a great personality and gets along very well with people, kids and other dogs.
Her OFA score is "Good".
She received a Prize I in her Natural Ability test.
Cheyenne has a strong pointing instinct. She hunts mostly Ruffed Grouse and Woodcock here in Michigan.
Cheyenne's sire (Jerry Vom Buchenberg) is a Prize 1 NAVHDA Utility Test dog.
Her mother is Hunting Hills Holly Fern. Fern is a NAVHDA Prize 1 Natural Ability and a Prize 2 Utility Prep Dog. Fern's hips are OGA "Good".
Both Cheyenne's grandparents on her mothers side "VC Cody vom Apfelbaumbach and VC Looses Jaika" are NAVHDA Versatile Champions! She is a very well breed dog. Cheyenne's uncle VC Hunting Hills Hemlock "Hemi" is also a NAVHDA Versatile Champion. Lots of ability in Cheyenne's linage.

Anheuser is a direct import from Germay. He received a 107 Point Prize 2 in his NAVHDA Natural Ability test. His hip are PennHIP 0.27/0.29. Born 3-28-2012.
Bio from his owner Jake Kopocis. "I have grown up with dogs and he is remarkable how easy going he is. He lives like he doesn't have a care in the world. He eats slowly and will let you brush his teeth, clip his toes, bath, etc and he will just stand there happy. He is also AKC good citizen certified and great around kids.
When he see's his hunting bag or game in the back yard a switch gets flipped. He becomes completely focused on the task at hand. He is extremely methodical when he hunts. He will sit in a bush completely still for an hour in the back yard until a squirrel comes out of the tree for him to pounce on.
In the field we mostly use him for upland he sees 100+ birds per year and consistently improves. With little training he searches well and holds well. He is then eager to retrieve to hand. He will hunt all day if you let him. I really need to get him through UT because his NA search score doesn't well reflect his search now.
We do hunt fur every once and awhile. He does sight lout which is really a lot of fun. He really takes well to fur.
He loves the water. He grew up swimming in lakes and has spent quiet a bit of time with duck searches at Kris Hills and regularly retrieves bumpers at the beach on lake Erie.
His tracking ability is excellent. If we have a wounded bird I will often send my female first and if she doesn't return with it I will send Anheuser who will typically return with a bird.
He is good with other dogs. He has never showed signs of aggression or anything else to be worried about.
He lives in the house with our female (Hunting Hills' Odie). Odie is pretty mischievous especially as a puppy chewing, stealing off the counter, etc. We have never had an issue with Anheuser. He will sit and watch her steal off the counter and do nothing. He is very curious and usually follows me everywhere I go. He does talk when he needs something or isn't happy about something. He also gets dry eyes after a hunting. He will happily sit and take eye drops.
His health is perfect."
